Ashgabat: President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid met with President Serdar Berdimuhamedow of Turkmenistan to discuss bilateral relations and explore ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place in Ashgabat during President Rashid’s official visit to participate in the International Forum on Peace and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (IFPC). The discussions focused on improving relations between Iraq and Turkmenistan to benefit both nations.

The presidential statement highlighted the importance of strengthening ties and cooperation across multiple sectors. Both leaders also addressed issues and topics of common interest that could further mutual benefits.
