Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani emphasized the importance of joint Arab action as a path to advancing Arab countries’ interests. In his address at the Arab Development Summit, which he presided over, al-Sudani expressed his satisfaction with the event taking place in Baghdad, highlighting its significance for regional development.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister underscored the value of human resources as crucial assets for progress. He urged Arab nations to participate actively in the development road project, aiming to enhance regional cooperation and growth.

Prime Minister al-Sudani also expressed pride in Baghdad’s selection as the Arab Tourism Capital, reflecting the city’s cultural and historical significance. Additionally, he announced the launch of the Arab Solidarity Fund initiative, which aims to support reconstruction efforts in Gaza and Lebanon, furthering regional solidarity and collaboration.
