Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi met with the Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sheikh Humam Hamoudi, and his delegation. The discussion focused on several national issues, particularly those impacting citizens’ lives, public services, and the economy.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s Office released a statement highlighting the meeting’s emphasis on the importance of intensifying efforts to finalize the government formation. They also discussed proceeding with the implementation of government programs and plans.
The meeting aimed to tackle significant challenges facing the country, including crude oil exports, the development of the electricity sector, and diversifying the sources of support for the Iraqi economy.
