Sanaa:The Prime Minister’s Media Office released a statement confirming that Al-Zaidi informed the Council of Representatives about the anticipated arrival of significant dollar amounts, which will soon be injected into circulation.

According to Iraqi News Agency, The Prime Minister also revealed the establishment of the ‘Generations Fund’, aimed at financing projects across various sectors to create a substantial developmental impact.

Additionally, Al-Zaidi emphasized the ongoing battle against corruption and stressed the importance of managing the economy with an economic mindset. He mentioned the challenges posed by an undeclared blockade due to the war and the Strait of Hormuz’s closure, emphasizing a preference to avoid borrowing to prevent further economic strain.
