Baghdad: Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received a group of wounded service members of the Popular Mobilization Forces today.
According to Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister expressed his admiration for the bravery and sacrifices made by the Popular Mobilization Forces fighters. He acknowledged their crucial role, alongside other branches of the Iraqi Armed Forces, in combating terrorism and reclaiming Iraqi territories from terrorist factions. The Prime Minister reiterated the government’s dedication to supporting the wounded and the families of martyrs, ensuring they receive their entitlements.
The statement from the Media Office emphasized the Prime Minister’s directive to prioritize the needs of the wounded service members. He instructed that they receive top-tier healthcare and support as a tribute to their contributions to the nation’s safety and stability.
