Progress Made on Nuclear Agreement in Iran Talks, Says US Official


Muscat: A US official has indicated that significant progress has been made in the nuclear negotiations with Iran.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the third round of talks was described as positive and constructive, marking a step forward in the efforts to reach a nuclear agreement.



The news was initially reported by the news website Axios, which cited the US official’s remarks on the advancement in discussions. The same official noted that both parties have agreed to continue their negotiations, with the next round set to take place in Europe.



Iranian television confirmed the conclusion of the third round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States, which were held in Muscat and commenced earlier today. The discussions are part of ongoing international efforts to address nuclear-related issues with Iran.
