Putin and Biden conclude their closed summit

Baghdad The Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Joe Biden concluded their closed summit via video link, which lasted for more than two full hours.

The White House announced earlier that “Biden intends to contact the leaders of Britain, France, Germany and Italy after his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.”

On Monday, he indicated that the US President intends to call Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky after completing a joint summit with President Vladimir Putin.

This is the fifth conversation between the two presidents since Biden took office, as they spoke by phone three times, and in mid-June they held a short public meeting in Geneva.
