Baghdad:According to National Iraqi News Agency, Qasim al-Araji, the Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, has highlighted the critical need for ongoing coordination among legislative, executive, and security entities to address national security issues.

Al-Araji’s media office reported that he met with Mahmoud Falih al-Sayed, a member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, on Sunday. They held discussions on multiple files and issues of mutual interest, focusing on recent security and political developments and their implications for the country’s security and stability.

The meeting underscored the significance of enhancing collaboration among security-related institutions. Emphasis was placed on supporting efforts to consolidate security and stability, thereby contributing to the protection of Iraq’s supreme national interests.

Al-Araji reiterated the importance of this continued coordination to improve state institutions’ capacity to respond to challenges and safeguard Iraq’s security and stability.
