Tehran: This morning, Friday, marches for International Quds Day began in several Iranian cities, with large crowds of citizens gathering in main squares and streets to express their support for the Palestinian cause. The holy cities of Mashhad, Qom, Isfahan, and other Iranian cities witnessed an influx of participants from the early morning hours, with marches proceeding towards central squares where official events and speeches were held.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, participants raised Palestinian flags and banners supporting Palestine, chanting slogans condemning Israeli policies and affirming their solidarity with the Palestinian people. Security forces were deployed to organize the marches and secure the events. This year's marches come amidst escalating regional tensions and coincide with the US-Israeli bombing of the Iranian capital, Tehran.
