Baghdad: Al-Zahraa Teaching Hospital in Kut witnessed a remarkable medical achievement, as a 28-year-old woman was able to give birth to quadruplets in a rare case.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dr. Tahrir Falih, the case supervisor, stated that the mother and the four children are in good and stable health and are receiving the necessary medical care at the hospital.

She further explained that this quadruplet birth is both rare and exceptional, given that the mother had suffered from secondary infertility for five years after giving birth to her first child.
