Reconstruction Work Begins on Bridges, Sidewalks and Streets in Mosul

Mosul: The Director of Roads and Bridges in Nineveh, Radwan al-Shahwani, announced the commencement of reconstruction and rehabilitation work on a number of overpasses, sidewalks, and streets within the city of Mosul, as part of a service plan to improve infrastructure and facilitate traffic flow.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, engineering teams have begun maintenance and rehabilitation work in a number of vital locations that experience heavy traffic. The work includes the rehabilitation of damaged overpasses, sidewalk maintenance, and addressing potholes in some main streets.

These projects are part of the local government's plan to develop the road network and improve services in the province. The work will continue in phases to include a number of areas and neighborhoods in the city of Mosul in the coming period.
