Diyala: Diyala Police Command announced the arrest of 29 individuals of various nationalities for violating residency regulations in the province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the police command stated that the arrests were made during a large-scale security campaign aimed at addressing the issue of illegal foreign workers. The campaign covered all areas of the province to ensure compliance with residency laws.

The Police Command further explained that legal measures have been taken against the arrested individuals in accordance with instructions from the Ministry of Interior. This action is part of a broader effort to address residency violations and strengthen the rule of law within the province.
