Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Friday that its forces had taken control of a new town in eastern Ukraine.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry confirmed in a statement that units of the “East” group, as a result of their active and decisive actions, were able to take control of the town of Alexandrugrad in the Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine.
