Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Saturday that Ukrainian forces’ losses over the past 24 hours amounted to approximately 1,350 soldiers. In a statement on the progress of military operations in Ukraine, the Ministry highlighted significant developments on the battlefield.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its forces successfully liberated the town of Chervona Zyrka in the Donetsk region. The operation also included targeting ammunition depots, assembly workshops, and warehouses for drones and boats, indicating a strategic focus on disrupting Ukrainian supply lines and resources.

The statement further detailed that Russian air defenses intercepted six Jadm-type guided bombs and shot down 252 Ukrainian drones. These actions reflect ongoing efforts by Russian forces to maintain air superiority and counteract Ukrainian aerial capabilities.
