Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Wednesday, that its air defense systems shot down 46 Ukrainian drones over the territory of several provinces last night.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated: “Overnight, from 10:35 PM on August 12 to 6:05 AM Moscow time on August 13, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 46 Ukrainian drones.”
The statement explained that 15 drones were shot down over the territory of Bryansk Oblast, 11 over the territory of Volgograd Oblast, 7 over the territory of Rostov Oblast, 5 over the territory of Krasnodar Oblast, 2 over the territory of Belgorod Oblast, 2 over the territory of Voronezh Oblast, 2 over the Republic of Crimea, and 2 over the waters of the Sea of Azov.
