Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed, Thursday evening, that air defense systems destroyed 26 Ukrainian drones over the territories of six Russian provinces.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Russian Defense Ministry explained in a statement: “During the period from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Moscow time, operational air defense systems destroyed 26 Ukrainian drones.”

The statement added: “Eleven drones were destroyed over the Kursk region, nine over the Bryansk region, three over the Kaluga region, and one drone was destroyed over each of Belgorod, Oryol, and Moscow.”
