Baghdad: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the interception and destruction of 39 Ukrainian drones within 12 hours.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry stated in a press release: “Air defenses intercepted the drones over Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk, and Rostov, as well as in the territorial waters of the Black Sea.”

It added: “This tally comes as part of daily drone attacks launched by Ukraine deep inside Russia, to which Russian forces respond by targeting military infrastructure, defense complexes, weapons depots, repair and manufacturing workshops, and Ukrainian troop concentrations.”
