Moscow: The Russian Defense Ministry has declared the successful liberation of the town of Volchyonka in the Donetsk Republic, alongside the elimination of 1,795 Ukrainian soldiers. This development also involved the destruction of numerous tanks, armored vehicles, and Western-supplied weaponry used by Kiev forces within a 24-hour period.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Defense Ministry’s daily briefing on the ongoing military operations in Ukraine detailed various achievements by Russian forces. The “Western” forces bolstered their positions in the Kharkiv region and the Donetsk Republic, resulting in 490 Ukrainian casualties and the destruction of Western artillery, armored vehicles, three ammunition depots, and two electronic warfare stations.

The “South” forces advanced their positions and successfully repelled an attack, causing 640 enemy casualties. They also destroyed Western artillery and armored vehicles, including American “M113” and Ukrainian “Kozak,” as well as three ammunition depo
ts. Meanwhile, the “Center” forces were instrumental in liberating Volchyonka, repelling 10 attacks, and causing 460 enemy casualties. They also destroyed a tank, an “M113” armored vehicle, an armored UR-67 mine clearance vehicle, Western artillery, and vehicles, as well as a site for assembling and launching drones.

The “East” forces fortified their positions, repelling four attacks, resulting in 105 enemy casualties, and destroying several vehicles and armored vehicles. This included two American “HIMARS” rocket launchers and a Polish “Krab” rocket launcher. Additionally, the Dnepr forces inflicted heavy losses on the Ukrainian army in the Zaporozhye region, killing 50 personnel and destroying Western vehicles, artillery, and an ammunition depot.

Russian forces continue their efforts to target military airports, energy sites, infrastructure utilized by Ukrainian forces, and drone launch sites. In the recent operations, three French guided “Hummer” bombs were neutralized, and 36 drones were shot down.
