Salah al-din: During an expanded meeting, the governor of Salah al-Din discussed the implementation steps for the initiative to allocate one million residential plots of land. Salah al-Din Governor Haitham al-Zahwan focused on the practical steps and implementation procedures related to Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi’s initiative, which aims to allocate these plots to citizens.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the governor’s media office stated that the meeting addressed the work mechanisms and procedures required from the relevant authorities. The discussions also focused on the necessary preparations to proceed with the initiative’s implementation, contributing to providing suitable housing for citizens and supporting service and development goals in the governorate.

Governor al-Zahwan emphasized the importance of integrated efforts between administrative units and relevant departments. He called for the expediting of technical and administrative procedures and stressed the need for a clear plan to ensure the completion of required tasks within the specified timeframes. This initiative aims to serve citizens and enhance housing stability in the Salah al-Din Governorate.

The meeting saw the attendance of the governor’s technical deputy, Mufid al-Baldawi, along with heads of administrative units, directors of service and municipal departments, and members of the committee responsible for allocating the one million plots of land.
