Baghdad The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert,

A presidential statement said that the two sides stressed the importance of adopting dialogue between all political forces in order to reach satisfactory results that guarantee security and stability and achieve the aspirations of citizens.

The statement indicated that they also discussed the developments of the political situation in the country and ways to get out of the existing crisis through solutions that rise to the challenges and entitlements required.
