Samarra: Saraya al-Salam announced the handover of a wanted terrorist to the security services in Samarra.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Saraya central media reported that the accused was wanted under Article 4 of the Terrorism Law. The individual was arrested and formally handed over to the Samarra Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Department to complete the necessary legal procedures against him.
