Riyadh: The Saudi Civil Defense announced that a military projectile struck a residential area in Al-Kharj Governorate, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to 12 others. The incident occurred in an area belonging to a maintenance and cleaning company.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Civil Defense spokesperson confirmed that the deceased included one Indian and one Bangladeshi national. Additionally, 12 Bangladeshi residents sustained injuries in the attack, which also caused material damage to the area.

The spokesperson noted that the attack represents a breach of international humanitarian law, emphasizing that procedures for handling such incidents have been put into place.
