Baghdad: The Secretary-General of the Coordination Framework, Abbas Radi, announced that a high-level delegation from the Framework will head to the Kurdistan Region on Monday to hold meetings with Kurdish leaderships in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Radi stated that the delegation will include Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, Head of al-Fatah Alliance Hadi Al-Amiri, and First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohsen Al-Mandalawi. The visit is part of a decision made during the Framework’s recent meeting, with the goal of fostering an understanding between the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). This effort aims to resolve the presidency issue by bridging differing viewpoints, aligning with the Coordination Framework’s commitment to adhering to constitutional timelines.
