Baqubah: Joint forces have initiated security exercises in areas to the north and south of Baqubah, the capital of Diyala Governorate, as part of efforts to enhance security and stability while pursuing individuals wanted by authorities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, these exercises are part of a comprehensive plan that includes six security operations focused on tracking down wanted individuals and searching for unlicensed weapons. The plan also aims to support traffic police in their efforts to seize vehicles and motorcycles that are in violation of regulations.

The security exercises are being conducted simultaneously across several main and secondary roads within the northern and southern sectors of Baqubah. This initiative is aimed at enforcing the rule of law and preventing any violations within the region.
