AL-AMARA – In a recent security operation, Maysan’s security forces detained seven individuals accused of various crimes and confiscated unlicensed weapons and equipment in the districts of Al-Kahla, Al-Majjar Al-Kabir, and Qal’at Saleh.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, shared with the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA), the offenses committed by the arrested individuals ranged from trespassing on state property to premeditated murder, among other crimes. The statement also noted that the defendants, along with the seized items, were handed over to the relevant authorities. This operation is part of ongoing efforts by the Maysan security forces to uphold law and order in the region.
