Kirkuk: A security officer allegedly assaulted a generator operator in the Wadi Huzair neighborhood south of Kirkuk. The incident reportedly occurred at dawn today during a disagreement over operating fees, leading to the operator being severely beaten.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the altercation started when the security officer confronted the generator operator over the fees associated with generator operations. The dispute escalated, resulting in physical violence against the operator.
