GAZA CITY: Six employees of the Gaza Municipality were killed in an Israeli shelling incident east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, located in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, as reported by Western media on Wednesday. The attack occurred despite prior coordination between the municipality and Israeli forces. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the incident adds to a growing number of casualties in the region. Two additional bodies were recovered from the "Dawla" area in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza following an Israeli attack the previous day, bringing the total number of recovered bodies to eight. Reports indicate that more bodies remain on the ground in that area. The shelling has also resulted in injuries from bombs deployed by "Quadcopter" aircraft, which targeted a group of citizens on Al-Nasr Street in Jabalia Al-Nazla and in the Tal Al-Zaatar neighborhood, both situated in the northern part of the Strip. The ongoing artillery shelling has led to fires in homes in the Jabal ia camp and Beit Lahia, exacerbating the humanitarian situation in the region.
