Baghdad: President of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), Judge Faiq Zidan, and Secretary-General of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Mohsen Rezaei on Tuesday affirmed the need to strengthen cooperation in combating terrorism and organized crime.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the SJC stated that Judge Faiq Zidan and Mohsen Rezaei discussed prospects for shared cooperation between the two countries. The meeting focused on activating joint judicial and security agreements and highlighted the importance of exchanging information and expertise. These efforts are aimed at enhancing the fight against terrorism and organized crime, thereby ensuring the consolidation of security and stability in the region.
