Hillah: A young man in his twenties fatally shot his father and uncle following a dispute at their residence in the al-Tali'ah district, south of Hillah. The tragic incident occurred on Wednesday when the young man used a light weapon to commit the act.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Adel al-Husseini, the media director of Babylon Police, confirmed the incident, stating that the young man had killed his father and uncle after an altercation. The authorities took swift action by arresting the perpetrator.

The police have transferred the bodies of the deceased to the forensic medicine department for further examination. The investigation is ongoing to uncover more details surrounding the family dispute that led to this tragic event.
