South Korea counts the number of North Korea’s recent missile provocations

Baghdad / NINA / – South Korea counted the number of recent missile provocations by neighboring North Korea.

A South Korean report stated that in 2022, North Korea launched more than forty missiles, SRBM , IRBM , SLMB. They make up a large number of all-time provocations, and have demonstrated their ability to hit South Korea and the US mainland.

In particular, it added, the level of provocations by launching intercontinental ballistic missiles rose eight times, completely destroying the moratorium declaration for the first time in four years.

The report confirmed that North Korea continued to launch missiles before and after major events such as the mourning period in South Korea for the Itaewon incident (October 30-November 5, 2022), the Beijing Winter Olympics (February 4-20, 2022), and the 20th Party Congress, Chinese (October 16) -22, 2022), showing a reckless attitude, like a rogue state, towards neighboring countries.

He explained that this year, it resumed provocations by launching a short-range ballistic missile towards the East Sea on New Year’s Day and launched an intercontinental ballistic missile on February 18, and it is expanding pressure on South Korea and the United States by announcing that it will use the Pacific Ocean as a firing range in the future./ End
