Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Haibat al-Halbousi affirmed that Salah al-Din Governorate will have a strong presence in the reconstruction and development process. The Speaker’s media office issued a press release stating that al-Halbousi received several prominent figures and dignitaries from the governorate to discuss its current situation and urgent service needs.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Speaker emphasized that “Salah al-Din Governorate deserves a genuine urban and service-oriented renaissance.” He highlighted that the governorate will play a significant role in the reconstruction and development process, with Parliament actively fulfilling its legislative and oversight responsibilities. Al-Halbousi assured that these efforts will focus on supporting priority projects that directly impact citizens’ lives and enhance the quality of services provided to them.
