Sudan Condemns Attacks on Saudi Arabia from Iraqi Territory


Baghdad: Sudan has expressed its condemnation of the recent targeting of Saudi Arabia from Iraqi territory, emphasizing its support for measures that uphold Iraq’s sovereignty. Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, head of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, voiced concern over these actions.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Sudani issued a statement highlighting the constitutional obligations of Iraq to prevent its land from being used for hostile acts against neighboring countries. He stressed the importance of maintaining Iraq’s stability and avoiding further escalation in the region.



Al-Sudani reaffirmed his commitment to a diplomatic and wise approach to resolving tensions. He emphasized the coalition’s full support for government initiatives that ensure legal compliance and protect Iraq’s sovereignty.
