Quneitra: Syrian media outlets have reported that the Israeli army set fire to the Quneitra Governorate building in the southern part of the country, while continuing to bulldoze lands in the region’s countryside.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, “Syria TV” announced that the Israeli army forces carried out the act of burning the governorate building as part of their latest operation on Syrian soil.
Activists on social media have circulated video footage depicting smoke emanating from the governorate building, further supporting the claims made by Syrian media. The incident marks a continuation of recent tensions in the area.
“Syria TV” also reported earlier that the Israeli occupation army is actively bulldozing lands they have penetrated in the Quneitra countryside.
