Texas: The death toll from flooding in Texas has risen to 131. Texas Governor Greg Abbott reported that storms have led to the deaths of at least 131 people in the state since July 4, with the majority of these fatalities occurring in and around Kerrville. He also noted that 97 individuals are still missing in the greater Kerrville area.
