Baghdad / NINA / – Ataa Movement called on the government and the security services to take the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of terrorist acts targeting innocent civilians.

A statement by the movement’s media office said that once again, the sinful hands, which were unable to confront the Iraqis in the battlefields, have committed a heinous crime targeting a group of innocent people from Sadr City in a popular market on the eve of the blessed Eid al-Adha.”

The statement added that the spread of this aggressive behavior represents a great danger to the reality of the future of our homeland and its children, so it has become necessary to confront it by all means, and everyone must unite to stand firmly against this behavior that has nothing to do with humanity and is not recognized by all of the heavenly religions.”

Ataa called on all the sons of the security forces to take high caution and not allow the forces of evil to carry out their despicable goals. It also urged the people to show a great deal of cooperation with the security forces to deliver any information that would prevent the occurrence of any aggressive terrorist act. It called on the government to pay great attention and take the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of such terrorist acts.”/ End
