Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi chaired today, Tuesday, the thirty-seventh regular session of the Council of Ministers, in which the overall situation and general issues were discussed.

The session witnessed a discussion of a number of files and topics on the agenda. In light of this, the Council of Ministers approved a number of decisions.

The Council decided the purchase price of a ton of the yellow corn will be (500,000) dinars, only five hundred thousand dinars for this year, and the selling price of a ton of grain is (400,000) dinars, only four hundred thousand dinars for this year.

The Council authorized the Minister of Culture, Mr. (Hassan Nazim Abdul Al-Issa) the authority to negotiate and sign the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) based on the provisions of Article (80/Sixth) of the Constitution.
