Kuwait city: The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, issued a decree on Sunday enacting a cabinet reshuffle affecting several government portfolios. Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, replacing Abdullah Al-Yahya.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Emiri decree also included new appointments for the ministers of Communications, Trade, Development, Youth, Economy, Information, and Finance. The decree mandates the Prime Minister to implement it, and it will take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
