Hilla – The Federal Court confirmed the validity of the membership of the independent MP of Babylon, Amir Kamel Muhammad, and the rejection of the federal lawsuit numbered / 79 / filed by the plaintiff nominated for the Ahrar bloc (Tghreed Kadhem) against him related to the validity of his membership in the House of Representatives.

The office of Representative Amir Al-Maamouri said in a statement, “The Federal Court confirmed the validity of Al-Maamouri’s victory in the House of Representatives for the second district in the House of Representatives elections.”

He added that Al-Mamouri continues to perform his work.
