Baghdad, The General Federation of Arab Journalists congratulated the Iraqi football team for winning the 25th Arab Gulf Championship Cup.
The Federation said in a statement: “we extends our sincere congratulations to the brotherly Republic of Iraq, the leadership and people, the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate and all the Iraqi people on the occasion of the success of the State of Iraq in organizing the twenty- fifth Arab Gulf Football Championship and the Iraqi team winning the championship cup.”
The Federation appreciated the effort made by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate to make the tournament a success and to contribute with the rest of the national institutions to this success.
The Federation of Arab Journalists expressed its sincere congratulations to the players of the Iraqi national team for the distinguished results they achieved during the tournament, wishing them more successes in the upcoming competitions, and wishing the Republic of Iraq all success, progress and prosperity.
