Baghdad: The Iraqi National Security Service (INSS) announced the outcome of its operations during the month of September, revealing significant achievements in its efforts to maintain national security.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the INSS reported that its forces successfully arrested 42 individuals accused of terrorism. In addition to these arrests, the agency detained 59 individuals involved in drug dealing and promotion. The operations also led to the apprehension of 133 people accused of extortion.
The INSS highlighted that it conducted various other operations across different governorates in the country, underscoring its commitment to tackling security challenges.
