Baghdad The Israeli army announced today, Saturday, that the Palestinian factions have fired at least 2,300 rockets from the Gaza Strip at Israeli cities during the past six days.
He said in a press statement that the Iron Dome air defense system intercepted about 1,000 rockets, adding that 380 of them landed and exploded in the Gaza Strip.
Last night, the Palestinian factions carried out intense bombardment targeting areas in the settlements of Ashkelon, Ashdod and Beersheba, and caused great damage in the industrial zone of Ashdod.
The Israeli army spokesman, Avichai Adrai, announced that, from 7 pm yesterday to 7 am this Saturday, about 200 rockets from the Gaza Strip into the Israeli interior.
