Baghdad: Military Intelligence Directorate units arrested 13 foreign nationals for violating residency and work regulations in Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Directorate stated in a press release that, in order to eliminate the phenomenon of foreign workers entering the country illegally, and in cooperation with the joint security forces of the Baghdad Operations Command, and based on precise intelligence and field monitoring by the Intelligence and Security Department of the 17th Infantry Division, a well-planned ambush was set up, resulting in the arrest of 13 foreign nationals for violating residency and work regulations in the capital, Baghdad. They were handed over to the relevant authorities according to established procedures.
