Baghdad Minister of Agriculture Abbas Al-Alawi met on the sidelines of the International Conference on Antibacterial Resistance, which was held in the Omani capital, Muscat, with the Omani Minister of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources Saud bin Hamoud Al- Habsi and the Syrian Muhammad Hassan, with two separate meetings.

A statement by the ministry stated that, during the two meetings, they discussed matters of common interest and aspects of cooperation between Iraq and the two brotherly countries, Oman and Syria, in the agricultural and animal fields.
