Baghdad The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, directed the release of all vehicles seized in the traffic directorates, except for those related to investigation and criminal matters.
A brief statement by the Ministry stated that “General Traffic also announced, on the occasion of New Year’s Day, that no citizen will be fined … today only.”
