Baghdad: Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul-Ghani, held a meeting with representatives from the Chinese EPS Company to discuss the development of oil and gas fields.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the discussion took place on Thursday and was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Extraction Affairs, Basem Mohammed Khudair. The Ministry of Oil issued a statement confirming that the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in the development of oil and gas fields, a crucial sector for both Iraq and the Chinese company.
