London: Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Hayan Abdul-Ghani engaged in discussions regarding the development of the gas and energy sector with a Shell delegation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Oil released a statement highlighting the Minister’s visit to the United Kingdom, during which he met with Shell’s senior officials. The discussions involved Peter Costello, Shell’s Head of Exploration and Production; Walid Hadi, Head of Business Development; and Fakher Badr, Shell’s President in Iraq and the UAE.

The Ministry’s statement emphasized the focus on advancing cooperation efforts in the development of the gas and energy sector, underscoring the strategic importance of such partnerships.
