Baghdad Minister of Communications, Hiyam Al-Yasiri, has initiated the procedures for forming a national company to improve the Internet services provided to citizens, reduce their prices, and introduce the latest communication technologies to Iraq.

A statement by the ministry stated that: “A detailed study has been initiated to implement the fourth mobile phone license in Iraq.”
