Baghdad The Ministry of Health has received a new batch of medical devices and supplies provided by friendly China.

The Ministry stated in a statement that the receipt was in the presence of Ali Hassan Al-Baldawi, Director General of the General Company for Marketing Drugs and Medical Supplies in the Ministry of Health, and Dr. Ali Yassin from the Iraqi Foreign Ministry as representatives of the Iraqi side and the charge d’affaires of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China working in Baghdad as a representative of the Chinese side.

The Ministry thanked China’s permanent support to Iraq to confront the Corona pandemic and the cooperation of the Chinese and Iraqi foreign ministries.

It explained that the devices were sent to the warehouses of the General Company for the Marketing of Medicines and Medical Supplies, where they will be distributed to all health institutions.
