The Palestinian Authority officially suspends security coordination with Israel

Baghdad, The Palestinian Presidency announced, on Thursday evening, the suspension of security coordination with the Israeli government.

This was stated by presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh, in a press statement in which he confirmed that “the Palestinian leadership has decided to stop security coordination with the Israeli occupation government as of now.”

On Thursday afternoon, the Palestinian presidency announced that it would announce a series of important decisions and measures “in response to the Israeli aggression on the Jenin camp, after an emergency meeting it held on Thursday morning, following the heinous crime committed by the occupation forces in Jenin.”

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, at dawn on Thursday, nine Palestinians were killed and more than ten others were injured, including serious cases, as a result of the clashes that erupted after the Israeli forces stormed the Jenin camp this morning.
