A force from the Second Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces carried out, today, Thursday, a large security operation to secure the Badia sector between two governorates.

A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated that a force from the brigade, within the Middle Euphrates operations, carried out a pre-emptive security operation to secure the desert sector, which extends from the holy Karbala desert all the way to the Muthanna Governorate.

The operation aims to enhance the security and stability of the aforementioned sector
